Machine Features
- Efficiently completes the 45° or 90° sawing process of aluminum profiles and can perform mixed cutting of 45° at one end and 90° at the other end. The upper and lower saw blades handle the 45° angle processing separately with high cutting precision, effectively avoiding the defect of chipping heads. Blade connected with imported motor. Cut smooth, steady and high precision.
- The loading table can buffer multiple profiles and realize automatic feeding and cutting in sequence. A detection switch is installed in the manipulator claw to ensure the stability and reliability of profile clamping, along with real-time monitoring of the profile position to ensure feeding accuracy.
- The moving part uses a high-precision linear guide rail pair, which runs smoothly and ensures machining accuracy. The feeding manipulator adopts a Siemens servo drive, enabling automatic control of the X, Y, and Z axes and automatically adjusting according to the profile section. It uses high-precision rack and pinion transmission to ensure fast feeding speed and high precision.
- Equipped with an automatic error-prevention device, it can automatically measure the key dimensions of the profile section to prevent batch cutting errors caused by incorrect profiles. The 3KW high-precision spindle motor is directly connected to the saw blade, ensuring stable cutting and high precision of the cutting section.
- The machine uses a Siemens CNC system with strong anti-interference capability, suitable for the complex electromagnetic environments of various factories. The discharge manipulator is servo-driven, allowing for fast discharge and positioning, and enabling the automatic output of short material as short as 290mm.
- The core components of the cutting head are cast in one piece, providing sufficient rigidity and high precision. The linear guide pair and the ball screw are equipped with an automatic lubrication system, which effectively improves accuracy and service life.
- A chain plate chip conveyor automatically transports waste heads and aluminum chips to the waste hopper at the rear of the equipment. The casing is fully enclosed to ensure operator safety.
- Equipped with a two-dimensional code automatic printing device, along with a servo front and rear shift to adapt to different cross-section profiles for automatic labeling.
- The machine also features double laser marking lenses for quick profile marking.
- The Siemens CNC system supports Siemens servo drives and Siemens industrial computers, offering strong anti-interference capability, stability, reliability, international standard data interfaces, and strong versatility.
- Hinge type constantly conveys scrap and aluminum scrap to the outside.
- The totally enclosed safety cover to ensure the personal security.
- Profile lifting platform to achieve the single person feeding operation.
